Born in the sun-scorched hills of Provence and forged in the relentless heat of Paris's most demanding brigade kitchens, Elara Montague arrived at her culinary philosophy not through instruction, but through obsession. Flame, she believes, is not a tool — it is a collaborator. Every char, every caramelised edge, every wisp of smoke carries intention.

At Ember & Vine, she distils two decades of pilgrimage — from the wood-fired hearths of Tuscany to the charcoal pits of Osaka — into a singular dining language. The menu is not seasonal by trend but by devotion: what the soil offers at its most honest, elevated by fire and finished with the restraint of someone who knows when to stop.
